Vedanat Nexus Pty Ltd (ABN 91 696 500 188) trading as VedNexHomes ("VedNexHomes") operates a cashback rewards program ("Program") whereby eligible buyers who purchase a new property through a VedNexHomes referral may receive a cashback payment at settlement.
VedNexHomes is remunerated by builders and developers ("Developers") for marketing their properties and introducing qualified buyers. Where permitted by the Developer and the applicable contract of sale, VedNexHomes may pass a portion of this fee to the buyer as a cashback payment.

Not all properties marketed by VedNexHomes include a cashback offer. Eligibility is determined per property based on the terms agreed between VedNexHomes and the relevant Developer. Eligible types may include:

Cashback amounts vary by property and are determined by the marketing fee paid to VedNexHomes by the Developer. Typical cashback amounts range from $5,000 to $20,000, though amounts outside this range are possible.
The specific amount applicable to any property will be confirmed in writing by your VedNexHomes specialist before you sign a contract of sale, and documented in a written cashback confirmation letter.
Important: Verbal representations about cashback amounts are not binding. Only written confirmation from VedNexHomes constitutes a commitment.
Cashback payments are made after unconditional settlement by direct bank transfer to your nominated Australian bank account, typically within 14 business days of settlement. To receive payment you must:

VedNexHomes reserves the right to withhold cashback payments in cases of suspected fraud or misrepresentation.
The tax treatment of cashback payments varies depending on your circumstances. It may be treated as assessable income, a reduction in cost base, or otherwise. We strongly recommend independent tax and legal advice before and after settlement.
Note: In some states and with some lenders, cashback arrangements may need to be disclosed to your financier. Check with your mortgage broker or lender whether disclosure is required before proceeding.
VedNexHomes is not responsible for any tax liability arising from a cashback payment. It is your responsibility to declare any cashback amount to the ATO as required by law.
VedNexHomes reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Program at any time. Changes will not affect cashback commitments already confirmed in writing where a contract of sale has been executed. Individual property cashback offers may be withdrawn prior to written confirmation being issued.
